Anyone who has one or more of the following roles in a Construction project: Client, Designer, Principal Designer, Principal Contractor, Contractor Aim To raise awareness of the changed responsibilities to all involved in a construction project so that you are able to apply them effectively. Objective By the end of the course candidates will be aware of the following: Have a working understanding of the nature and scope of the CDM Regulations. Understand their own role and duties in a project as defined by the Regulations. Discharge their duties with the confidence that they are complying with the legislation. The course provides an in-depth study of the Regulations, focusing on those aspects that are of particular relevance to the delegates.
