Accredited Confined Space Training Across Ireland
Why confined space training matters
Tanks, silos, sewers, manholes, pits and chambers can hide toxic gas, too little oxygen, flooding and entrapment. Many of the people who die in confined spaces are would-be rescuers who went in without the right training or equipment.
The law on both sides of the border requires anyone entering a confined space to be trained and competent. In Northern Ireland that’s the Confined Spaces Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1999; in the Republic it’s the Confined Spaces Regulations 2001 and the HSA Code of Practice. Our courses are built around the law that applies where your team works
